Portfolio Overview dashboard
Portfolio (under Workspace in the sidebar) puts every project on one screen. It's the view for whoever is accountable across sites — scan for what needs attention instead of opening each project in turn.
It comes into its own once you run more than one project. Use the project filter (top right) to narrow to a subset, and Refresh to re-fetch.
Portfolio Pulse
Alongside this dashboard, whoever owns the portfolio (set during key contact setup) gets a Portfolio Pulse — every project rolled into one WhatsApp message each morning, ranked by urgency rather than one slot per project. A quiet project contributes nothing to it; a project with three urgent flags gets three lines.
Reply to the pulse to ask for more detail on any item, send a reminder, or check a due date with the team — Velora replies in the same thread.
