Contract Upload
Upload your contract documents once. Velora's AI extracts the clauses that matter — notice periods, entitlement conditions, liquidated-damages terms — and holds them as context for every project going forward. This extraction runs in the background; there's no separate screen to review or manage it, it just becomes the standard the rest of Contracts checks against.
Entitlement & Risk Detection
Field updates with contractual weight — a blocked access, a late drawing, a defect repair, a delay — are analyzed against your contract's clauses as they come in. Where an update looks like it could support a claim (a potential Extension of Time) or expose you to risk (potential liquidated-damages exposure), Velora flags it against the specific clause it matches.
Alerts
Subscribe from the Contract Alerts button on the Contracts page: a daily digest of the potential entitlements and risks flagged for review, delivered by WhatsApp or email at a time you pick. Subscribe whoever acts on them — the project manager, the project head, or a contracts specialist if your team has one. Each item names the project, the clause it was matched to, and what triggered it, so there's enough context to act without opening the app first. Velora flags what it detects; your team decides whether and how to raise it.
Contracts View
Every flagged entitlement and risk is also available in the app, not just as a WhatsApp alert — with the clause it was matched to and the field update it was raised from, so you can review the full context before deciding.
