  • Site App Usage: Your site crew has started calling Alex

Understanding Site Updates

Site Updates are automatically generated after your site crew:

  • Calls Alex: Shares verbal updates about progress, issues, or coordination needs

Alex processes voice conversations and organizes them into structured, searchable updates that you can review and act upon for Voice AI Construction Project Management.

How Site Updates Work

1.1 Update Collection

Your site crew uses the Site App to:

  • Call Alex for quick verbal updates
  • Upload photos and videos (currently for visual documentation only)

From your home dashboard, locate your project card and click the "Site Updates" button:
