- Site App Access: Your site crew has access to upload media via the Site App

Site Media includes all photos and videos that your site crew uploads through the Site App, providing visual documentation of:

How Site Media Works
1.1 Upload Process
Your site crew uses the Site App to:
- Capture Media: Take photos or record videos using their device camera
- Upload Media: Choose existing photos/videos from their device gallery
- Add Context: Include descriptions or notes with their uploads
- Submit: Send media directly to your construction project

2.1 Access from Projects Tab
From your projects tab, locate your project card and click the "Site Photos/Videos" button:

Managing Site Media
4.1 Viewing Media
To view a specific photo or video:
- Click on 'view' icon on the media thumbnail in the gallery
- The media opens in a full-view mode for detailed inspection

4.2 Downloading Media
To download media files:
- Select the media file(s) you want to download
- Click the download button (on the thumbnail or from the detailed media view)
- Choose your preferred download location
- Files are saved to your device for offline use
4.3 Deleting Media
To remove media files from your construction project:
- Select the media file(s) you want to delete
- Click the delete button (on the thumbnail or from the detailed media view)
- Confirm the deletion action
⚠️ Note: Deleting media files permanently removes them from your construction project. Make sure this is the intended action.
