Manage Project Details

Edit and manage your construction project details. Update project information, and access project functionality like site updates, files etc.

Overview​

Project management in Velora AI allows you to:

  • Edit Project Details: Update project name, description, and basic information
  • Modify Project Team: Adjust team members & roles
  • Review Project AI Usage: Review project's usage of call minutes and AI tokens, and upgrade plan if needed

Accessing Project Management​

Access project details from the project card in the Projects tab:

Project Management Features​

1. Edit Project Information​

Basic Details​

  • Project Name: Update project title and identification
  • Description: Modify project description and scope
  • Location: Update project site address
  • Timeline: Adjust project start and end dates
  • Project Size: Planned project budget

2. Team Management​

  • Role Updates: Change project contact roles

1. Access Edit Mode​

Click the edit button to modify project details:

Update Process​

  1. Modify Fields: Change project information as needed
  2. Save Changes: Confirm updates to project details

3. Project Deletion (Owners/Admins Only)​

⚠️ Important: Use with Extreme Caution​

Project deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Only workspace owners and admins can delete projects.

Deletion Process​

  1. Access Delete Option: Available in project settings for owners/admins
  2. Confirmation Required: Multiple confirmation steps to prevent accidental deletion
  3. Data Removal: All project data, files, and call history will be permanently removed

Before Deleting a Project​

  • Backup Important Data: Export any critical information you need to keep
  • Team Communication: Inform team members about the deletion
  • Verify Decision: Ensure this is the correct action for your needs

What Happens Next?​

After managing your project details:

  1. Team Updates: Team members see updated project information
  2. System Sync: Changes are reflected across all project views
